With a degree in Nutritional Sciences and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Porto, she completed two postgraduate courses and several training courses in dog and cat nutrition and feeding, as well as dog behavior and training. She is the author of the blog Ruff Dog and the books “ABCão – Alimentação e bem estar do Cão” published by Marcador, and “Manual para Alimentar, treinamento e cuidar do melhor cão do mundo” (Manual for Feeding, Training, and Caring for the Best Dog in the World) published by Leya.

With a Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Porto, she completed several training courses in acupuncture and Integrative Medicine to fill the gaps in conventional medicine. She believes that integrating knowledge translates into better diagnosis and care for animals. She also holds postgraduate degrees in veterinary imaging from the Lusófona University of Lisbon, including functional nutrition and ozone therapy.
